Any information on the website (articles, blog posts, handouts) may be shared as long as credit is given to www.ExplainingBrains.com. You may not distribute for commercial use.
AI-Powered Tools Disclaimer
The website provides access to AI-powered tools, including the Neurodiversity Affirming Handout Generator and the Neurodiversity Affirming Slide Generator (collectively, the “AI Tools”).
- Not HIPAA-Compliant: These tools are not HIPAA-compliant and should never be used to process, store, or share Protected Health Information (PHI) or any other sensitive personal data.
- No Professional Advice: The AI-generated content is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users should not rely on AI-generated materials for medical, psychological, or educational decision-making.

Once completed with a client, The Brain Building Book, Brain Building 101, and related materials may contain sensitive personal information. It is your responsibility to handle any personal information in compliance with applicable privacy laws, such as HIPAA or FERPA.

Your sign-in is for personal use only. You may not share your credentials with others to access protected materials.

Products & Shipping
If your order is returned due to an incorrectly entered shipping address or failure to retrieve the package from the postal service, you will be charged for the shipping fees to resend your materials. This may include return shipping fees from the post office, as well as the fees to resend the materials.
Shipments made outside of the US may be subject to additional fees per the country’s taxes, customs fees, or other policies.
