Initial Prompts

  • I am a testing psychologist and need to create a template for my WISC-V write-up.  Explain each index using concise, parent-friendly language.
  • I am a testing psychologist and need to create a template for the ADOS-2 writeup for my report. Use parent-friendly language.
  • Create a template for a section of a neuropsychological report that explains the different aspects of executive functioning in parent-friendly language.

Talking Back

  • Do it again for the WAIS-V.

Creating Templates

  • Example Prompt: Create a template for reporting on the results of the BASC-3 parent report to be included in a psychological report, using concise and parent-friendly language.

Test Write-Ups

  • Example Prompt: Using the following scores from the WISC-V, describe Amy’s strengths and challenges in paragraph form using parent-friendly language.
  • Example Prompt:  Using the following notes, write up a summary of the ADOS-2 assessment.  Create sections by the following headings: Overall testing behavior; social communication; sensory interests and repetitive behaviors.  Conclude with any overall summary statement. Write using parent friendly language.

Report Summary

  • Exmaple Prompt: Create a summary of the attached/following psychological report. Use a positive tone and parent-friendly language.  The summary should have the following sections: overall summary in 2-3 sentences, strengths in 3-5 bullet points, and challenges in 3-5 bullet points.

Client Letter

  • Example Prompt:  Use the attached summary to create a letter to the client, explaining their testing results in positive, lay language.  The letter should be one page, in paragraph form.
