Questions
Please feel free to contact Dr. Liz with any questions about using the book or adapting it for different populations and situations. Your questions will help inform the evolution of the book and supporting tools. By using this book, you are part of its construction crew!
Returns
If you change your mind about using the book, you have 30 calendar days to return your books from the date you received them. To be eligible for a return, your books must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Your books must be in the original packaging. Your book needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your books, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the books. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Returned Packages
If your order is returned due to an incorrectly entered shipping address (on the customer’s end) or not being retrieved at the post office, you will be charged for the shipping fees to resend your materials. This may include return shipping fees from the post office, as well as the fees to resend the materials.
